Guests are welcome to attend the full event (4:00 PM – approx. 10:00 PM) or join for the portion that best fits their schedule.

Children of all ages are welcome. Our activities and childcare options are designed to accommodate a range of ages, from little ones to tweens, so there's something for everyone.

Patriotic attire is encouraged. Club dress code prohibits athletic wear and baseball caps; tailored shorts and capris are permitted. Low-cut or torn clothing is not allowed.

Knox will offer a variety of food options accommodating dietary needs. For specific concerns or allergies, please contact events@knoxsystems.com.

Valet parking is available at Ned's Club, along with nearby garage options including Impark at 733 15th Street NW (Woodward Building). Rideshare drop-off is recommended.

Attendees will be notified closer to the event of any potential street closures on 15th between H St and New York Ave.

Ned's Club is fully ADA accessible. Guests will enter at street level through the main entrance at 734 15th Street NW, check in at our dedicated table, and take the elevator up to our event on the 10th floor.

Please enter through Ned's Club's main entrance at 734 15th Street NW. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted at a dedicated Knox check-in table where our team will check you in and provide your event badge.

To ensure a smooth and seamless experience for all guests, please make sure everyone in your party is registered in advance.

We know it's July, but bag check is available for guests who'd like to store personal items: purses, backpacks, or anything you'd rather not carry throughout the evening.

Knox will provide a photo booth. Personal photography and video are not permitted by Ned's Club.
